*There are two types of formation of statutory fund in Ukraine: with money that you put in the bank or with private property. Minimum size of statutory fund is equivalent to 1 minimum official salary (approximately ~1000 UAH). If you form the statutory fund with money in the bank, so then please note, that for opening temporary account for statutory fund formation you should provide to the bank:
in case you put money in cash:
- translated copy of your passport and tax ID;
- declaration from the customs in the airport/train any other means you have arrived to Ukraine, indicating the sum of money, which should be not less than you plan to put to bank account;
- bill from the hotel / apartment rent company indicating your address where you stay in Ukraine;
- notary copy of Articles of Association and Minutes of Boarding;
in this case the temporary account will be opened within the day you provided the documents;
in case you make T/T transfer:
- translated copy of your passport and tax ID;
- articles of association and minutes of boarding;
this way first there will be opened the investment account, where you should transfer money from the country of your origin only in dollars or in Euro. Then this money will be converted into Ukrainian Hryvna (UAH) and transferred to your temporary account. It may take a couple of days.
If you decided to make your statutory fund with private property, so the property you provide, should be evaluated not less than 1000 UAH as a summary. We will help you to prepare the documents in this case.
